Day 3

No one said the 100 days had to be consecutive. I spent yesterday on the road or in class, so I skipped. Today I did 100 lunges in the fourth hand position.

I’ve put a piece of blue foam on the wall. I like this target much better.

Day 2

100 more lunges down. I feel like I’m actually getting worse at point control. I think it’s because I’m used to doing fewer lunges at a time. If this is the case, I should be improving my stamina in my t-rex arms, right?

Day 1

I decided there was no time like the present to start, so I came home and knocked out the first 100 lunges. I’m switching hands every 5 or 10 reps. Today my target was a section of wall sectioned off with tape, but I’m going to innovate something new soon
