100 more lunges down. I feel like I’m actually getting worse at point control. I think it’s because I’m used to doing fewer lunges at a time. If this is the case, I should be improving my stamina in my t-rex arms, right?
I decided there was no time like the present to start, so I came home and knocked out the first 100 lunges. I’m switching hands every 5 or 10 reps. Today my target was a section of wall sectioned off with tape, but I’m going to innovate something new soon
I’ve been issued a challenge to complete 10,000 lunges in 100 days following these simple steps. No big deal, right? Right?
