Today I did my 100 lunges and switched hand position every 10 reps. My lunge distance changes based on my hand position, so I’ll need to try this one again. I started off really lunging and ended barely moving my feet. I know I drift when I do this drill, but this is ridiculous.

Day 4
Today I did my 100 lunges after one hour of Krav Maga practice. I’ve forgotten what it feels like to be dry
Day 3
No one said the 100 days had to be consecutive. I spent yesterday on the road or in class, so I skipped. Today I did 100 lunges in the fourth hand position.
I’ve put a piece of blue foam on the wall. I like this target much better.
Day 2
100 more lunges down. I feel like I’m actually getting worse at point control. I think it’s because I’m used to doing fewer lunges at a time. If this is the case, I should be improving my stamina in my t-rex arms, right?
Day 1
I decided there was no time like the present to start, so I came home and knocked out the first 100 lunges. I’m switching hands every 5 or 10 reps. Today my target was a section of wall sectioned off with tape, but I’m going to innovate something new soon

I’ve been issued a challenge to complete 10,000 lunges in 100 days following these simple steps. No big deal, right? Right?
